Low Income Household Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
TheLow Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a federally funded program that offers one-time payments to cover outstanding residential water and/or wastewater bills. To participate in LIHWAP, customers must apply before August 2023 directly to MAAC or Campesinos, the local service providers selected by the state to implement the program in the San Diego region.
