MAAC and Palomar College are looking for motivated individuals to participate in our 2-year Early Care & Education Apprenticeship Program.

  • Paid work experience ($20.50/hr) with families and children under the guidance and support of a mentor

  • Free college coursework in Child Development through Palomar College
  • Tutoring, technology and job-readiness training, child care supports
  • Qualify for your Associate Teacher Permit in 18 months
