Next Level – Youth Workforce Development

WHAT IS NEXT LEVEL?

Next Level, formerly Connect 2 Success, is a youth workforce development program. We equip youth, ages 18-24, who live or learn in the greater South Bay communities of San Diego County with the necessary training, certification, and skills needed to take their career to the next level.

We work with our participants to set specific goals aimed at completing their individualized program within a one-year timeline and attaining a full-time job that pays a living wage of $16/hour or more, plus benefits.

To ensure student’s success in Next Level, is divided into ten distinct levels, and participants move at their own pace to build their skill set, develop their strengths, complete specific goals and celebrate small victories before they progress to the next level of the program.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You may qualify for Next Level if you are:

  1. Between the ages of 18-24
  2. Finishing high school or have completed high school/GED
  3. Committed to completing a job training program within one year
  4. Willing to work with our staff to set and achieve goals
  5. Career-minded, with a growth mindset
