Earn & Learn your way towards full-time employment working with families in our local communities!
Highlights include:
- Paid work experience ($18/hr) with families and children under the guidance and support of a mentor
- Free college coursework in Child Development through Palomar College
- Tutoring, technology and job-readiness training, child care supports
- Qualify for your Associate Teacher Permit in 18 months
