MAAC strives to eliminate social and economic barriers leading to increased self-reliance. As one the region’s largest nonprofit social services providers, MAAC’s impact is significant: over 100,000 people are assisted each year.

From 7 months to 24 years old, we leverage the power of education to develop leaders and break the cycle of poverty.

MAAC provides access to affordable homes and addresses barriers to housing stability. Through our real estate development efforts, MAAC is addressing a critical need for housing in the County of San Diego.

Since opening its doors in 1965, MAAC has been dedicated to assisting children, youth and adults who have found themselves without: some in a cycle of poverty, searching for hope and support to improve themselves and to establish self-sufficient lives.
